Brother Knight Jack Wrbanich first joined the Knights of Columbus in April 2003, becoming a member of the Donald J. Godfrey Council #6726 in Goose Creek, South Carolina. Jack and his wife Lisa moved to Green Bay in 2004, transferring to Fort Howard Council #5382. Jack has held several council officer positions including; Grand Knight, Deputy Grand Knight and Recorder. While serving as Grand Knight, Fort Howard Council #5382 received Supremesâ€™ Star Council Award for the Fraternal Years 2010-2011 and 2011-2012. Jack has provided his service in other Council duties that included Council Historian; Program Coordinator; Public Relations Director (responsible for publishing Council newsletter and maintaining councilâ€™s website), Insurance Promotion Coordinator and member of the First Degree Team. Jack has been selected as his Councils Knight of the Year, Knight of the Month, and he and Lisa have been selected as Family of the Month and Family of the year on several occasions. Jack has represented Council #5382 at the State Convention for five years and was selected as a Delegate to the 128th Supreme Convention in 2010 held in Washington, DC.
Jack joined Fourth Degree Marquette Assembly #1197 in 2004, holds the position of Faithfull Comptroller and is an active member of the Honor Guard.
On the State Level, Jack stepped in briefly as the State Life Savers for Life Coordinator before being appointed by the State Deputy Dan Hull as the Green Bay Diocesan Program Coordinator - a position he held for two years before being elected to the position of State Warden at the 111th Annual Wisconsin State Council Convention in April 2012. As State Warden, Jack and Lisa enjoyed providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere during the many meetings and actives throughout his term while serving the Wisconsin State Council. Jack was elect State Advocate at the 113th Annual Wisconsin State Council Convention in April 2014.
Jack is very active in his parish of St. Jude/Quad-Parishes, serving as Eucharistic Minister, serving on the Parish Council and Evangelization and Stewardship commission as well as being selected by his home parish as their Parish Secretary Trustee. Jack is also member of the Green Bay Dioceses Esto Vir menâ€™s apostate.
Jack is a 25 year Navy Veteran, retiring in 1998 as a commissioned officer. He and his wife Lisa have been married since 1992 and are members of St. Jude Parish in Green Bay.
