International Festival is quickly approaching and we need to clarify our planning for this Sunday, Oct. 14 event.

First of all, we will need Knights to run the Refreshment Booth.  I figure a 10am startup time, especially when serving beer.  Don't think beer should be sold any earlier than 10am.
A total of six 2 man shifts needed for 2 hours on each shift. A Knight can work longer if he desires however.  We will sell water, soda and beer. Prices will be listed but it will follow a similar routine as in the past festivals.
We still need donations of beer and soda. Water is sufficient.  For beer, it is suggested that Budweiser, Bud Light, Pacifico, Corona, Sierra Nevada be donated to the Council.  For soda, we need Coke, Diet Coke, Orange, Root Beer or other donations.  
Please call GK Mike Olson to donate.  I can pick up or you can bring to the officers meeting Thursday 7:30 or to the business meeting the following Thursday. You can even drop it off by my house if you want.  It's all good. Just help your fellow Knights and the Church with a donation.
Finally, the Church needs help with setup on Saturday,  Oct. 13th at 4pm.  Brother Knights Tony Milendrez and Joaquin Medeiros will be in charge.  Again, contact GK Mike Olson or just show up at 4pm Saturday Oct. 13 at 4pm. 
Queen of All Saints is counting on us Knights and other volunteers to make the International Festival a good parish fundraiser. Let's not let QAS Church down. Call to to volunteer; call to donate drinks; call to donate money.
