Worship with us at St. Monica's Catholic ChurchFor more than fifty years our parish community has been a diverse community of people from many nations, united by their love of the Lord and their desire to put their love for him into practice by their service to others. We continue to look for new opportunities to grow in our knowledge of the faith, to deepen our relationship with God, and to use our talents and possessions in a way that builds up the kingdom of God. We especially seek to be a place of knowledge and inspiration to our children, and a place of loving care for those in need. We invite you to come join us!
St. Monica Catholic Church supports their Knights of Columbus Council number 5656
Knights Of Columbus Council 5656 officially established a charter at St Monica Parish November, 2009. Bill McMullen was named Charter Grand Knight of the council. As we continue to grow, today SK Micheal Burns is the Grand Knight and he is looking forward to leading the Council through his term of office. The council has over 200 registered members and the membership continues to grow. Council Chaplain, Fr Michael Guadagnoli, an active knight, expressed his gratitude and support for the council and knows great things will come from their presence at St Monica as he begins his time as pastor of the parish. Deputy Grand Knight Matthew Upton encourages all members to consider volunteering their time to the many service programs available. Volunteers are needed to fill key director positions within the organization. There is a lot of work to be done and involvement by all members is essential to the success of the council at our parish. Council 5656 meets at St. Monica Catholic Church the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 at the Family Center on the 2nd Floor. The Family Center is located directly behind the Parish. Refreshments are served after each business meeting. If you are a Knight and are looking for a very active council to join and grow with, please visit us.
